Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Online Video Courses on the Musicus Practicus Academy by Richardus Cochlearius

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the services offered by MPA.

User: an individual or legal entity accessing and using the services offered by MPA.

Video Course: multimedia educational content in video format available for purchase on MPA.

MPA offers online video courses in music education taught by Richardus Cochlearius. The video courses are available for purchase through the MPA website.

4. Registration and User Account

To access the video courses and use the services offered by MPA, users must register an account on the MPA website.

Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials and must immediately inform MPA in case of unauthorized access to their account.

5. Purchase of Video Courses

Users can purchase video courses through the MPA website.

The prices of the video courses are indicated in dollars USD and are subject to change without notice.

Once purchased, the video course will be accessible to the user for a specified period of time as specified in the course information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the video courses, including but not limited to texts, images, videos, and other multimedia materials, are owned by MPA or its licensors.

Users agree to use the video courses exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes and not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the content of the video courses without authorization.

7. Refund Policy

MPA offers a refund policy within 14 days of purchasing a video course, provided that the video course has not been fully viewed or utilized by the user, except for those courses for which a free trial or a portion thereof is available as a sample.

Refund requests must be sent via email to musicuspracticusacademy@gmail.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that refunds are not available for 1 to 1 services or for services that are personalized for the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

MPA is committed to providing high-quality video courses but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the content of the video courses.

In no event shall MPA be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the services offered by MPA.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
